Are CANVAS COLORS products sold in any other retailers?

No, Canvas Colors is sold exclusively online at www.canvascolors.co please stay tuned for a list of authorized retailers.

Are your products vegan?

All of our products are vegan. Please check under each product description and ingredient lists.

Are CANVAS COLORS products Cruelty Free?

Our entire product line is Cruelty Free. We do NOT test on animals.

All lip products are Vegan, Gluten Free and Paraben Free.

All ingredients are listed for every item sold on our website.

We are Leaping Bunny & PETA certified.

When will you be restocking the items that are sold out?

Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified first about restocks and new products.

We also announce via social media pages; Social Media when new products are available.

Why does my product look different than the photos online?

The images on our website represent our colors as closely as possible, however, the actual color may appear different for everyone. The results of our colors may vary because they are dependent on several factors, including monitor resolution and color settings, camera settings, lighting, skin tone, etc.

Does Canvas Colors offer a PRO discount?

Yes Canvas Colors offers a 15 % discount to all beauty professionals with proof of business license.

I am a Beauty Blogger, does Canvas Colors do any makeup sponsorships?

We do not currently do any product sponsorships, but we may in the future. Please feel free to contact us regarding future sponsorship considerations. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Will I get an order confirmation?

When an order has been placed successfully, an email order confirmation will be automatically sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact us via the contact form found on this website to confirm the order.

How will my order be shipped?

We offer shipping services with the United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. For international orders, our carrier will release the package to your country’s postal service for delivery.

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

A processing fee of $35.00 will be charged if orders have to be re-shipped due to the submission of an incorrect shipping address.

Does CANVAS COLORS ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, Canvas Colors offers shipping methods for delivery to a P.O. Box.

Does CANVAS COLORS ship internationally?

Yes, Canvas Colors offers international shipping to all countries that the US postal Service can ship to. All international shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout.

My order is over $60 USD but I am not receiving free shipping, why?

Unfortunately due to long delays, missing packages & uncontrollable issues we can only ship via priority mail to the following countries: Afghanistan, Brazil, Greece, India, Iran, Islamic Republic, Iraq, Mexico, Oman, Pakistan, Qatar, Russia, Saudi, Arabia, South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Spain and Yemen.

Estimated transit times for U.S. orders:

First Class Mail: 7-14 Business Days.

Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days.

Priority Express Mail: 1-2 Business Days.

FedEx 2 Day: 1-2 Business Days.

INTERNATIONAL Shipping information:

All international shipping rates will be calculated at the time of checkout.

*International orders may be subject to import taxes and/or customs duties by your country’s customs department upon arrival. Note, that Canvas Colors is not responsible for any customs or duty fees, nor will be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Estimated transit times for international orders:

First Class Mail: Varies per Country’s customs.

Priority Mail: 6-10 Business Days.

Priority Express Mail: 3-5 Business Days.

My order is being shipped internationally, why hasn't the tracking updated?

First Class International service is non-traceable. Once it leaves our facility, it is no longer required to populate tracking. At the very most, it will populate until it reaches the destination country. This is why you will not see any updates.

I’ve been charged multiple times, what do I do?

Please confirm that you have received an email confirmation. 

If you see multiple pending charges on your bank statement they will drop off your account in a few business days depending on your bank’s institution.

Please contact your bank if you have any further questions regarding the pending charges.  Please be sure the billing address you are providing us matches the exact billing address associated with your credit card and only click the submit button once to prevent multiple charges. 

How do I know my order has been shipped and how can I track my order?

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once your order is being processed, you will be sent an email confirmation with a tracking number. You can click on the tracking number to track your order within 24 hours.

Due to high demand during new launches, orders may be delayed 4-5 business days. Thank you for your patience.

Please Note: Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

* Also, please keep in mind we are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or delayed shipments. Customers will need to open a case with USPS to open an investigation.

Why was my order shipped signature required?

If an order is over $100, Canvas Colors may elect to ship the order with signature required. This is solely at CANVAS COLORS discretion and done to protect the buyer’s purchase.

My package was marked as delivered, but I have not received my package.

Sometimes USPS tracking information can be updated in advance and packages are marked as delivered before they arrive. Your package will most likely be delivered on that day.
